Type: Full colour plastic business card

This example of our full colour plastic business cards, designed and crafted for Superyachts Australia, uses both sides to reduce clutter, with the logo on the front and the contact details on the back. Our full colour plastic cards can have either a gloss or matt finish and are available in three thicknesses.
Type: Gold Metal Business Card
Thickness: 400 micron
Our rose gold metal cards are produced using polished bronze. The 400 micron thick metal means we can cut intricate perforations without the risk of fragility. The card also has a degree of memory, allowing it to spring back to shape when lightly flexed.

Using our 760 micron thick, translucent bio plastic, this card combines our eye catching metallic orange and black inks. Using heat and pressure this hand printing process carefully stamps each colour onto the surface of the card, resulting in a stunning registration.

The Mountain Peak Sounds plastic card is manufactured using satin black plastic. This has a solid black core and an unusual, luxrious surface texture. The ink is applied using traditional techniques that allow for super-accurate alignment. We’ve placed the cardholders contact details on the back of the plastic, leaving the front uncluttered.

The metal card designed and produced for the GTR Owner’s Club uses marine grade stainless steel. The text and graphics have been etched into the surface of the metal. We’ve also etched two panels on the back of the card (not shown here) that allows for the member to sign their metal membership card.

Rather than printing onto the surface of the bronze, which might rub away over time, we etch the text into the metal itself. The lighter core of the bronze is revealed providing contrast between the etched and unetched metal. Using our precision photo-chemical milling process, we can also etch and cut the bronze with incredible accuracy.

To ensure the structural integrity of the card, we use three layers. The outer facing surfaces comprise of real wood veneer. The core is strengthened using a high-density fibreboard, eliminating any weakness along the grain and allowing us to cut intricate patterns without fear of fragility.

This card has been manufactured by first cutting and etching the design on to the polished bronze. We then lower the metal into a vat of oleophobic, transparent lacquer and pass an electrical current through the metal. This bonds the lacquer to the cards surface, protecting the bronze from natural tarnishing and reducing its tendency to attract fingerprints.

Produced using solid core polymer plastic, we’ve added a beautiful metallic gold ink to the surface. All of our satin plastic cards measure 760 micron thick; exactly the same as a standard credit card.

Using our 760 micron thick translucent plastic, this card combines our eye catching metallic magenta and black gloss inks. The graphics have been reproduced by pressing the inks between our metal print plates and the plastic. Using heat and pressure this hand printing process carefully stamps each colour onto the surface of the card, resulting in a stunning registration.

This metal card is carved from rolled stainless steel. The logo has been etched into the surface of the metal exposing the lighter core of the steel. A nautical themed pattern has then been fully cut out from the card resulting in a visually interesting result.

Printed by hand, using heat and pressure, we first etch the artwork into a metal block. We then use this to gently embed each ink, one at a time, into the surface of the stock. This gives a uniquely visual and tactile interest to the business card quite unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.

This card has been debossed in our traditional letterpress printing process. We firstly etched our designer's artwork into a metal block. We then used this to embed the metallic gold ink, one at a time, into the surface of the custom coloured card stock. The result is a uniquely visual and tactile finish unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.

For Andras Schram Photography we designed a clean, contemporary translucent plastic business card with the contact details printed in metallic silver ink. We’ve then used a clear gloss ink on the back of the card to recreate the subtle waternark effect running through the centre of the design.

George Joesburys’ metal business card is crafted from 400 micron cosmetic grade stainless steel. The thicker steel allows for etching on both sides. This allows us to relocate the contact details to the back, leaving the front to showcase the company name and car graphic without any additional clutter.

This card, manufactured for BL, is manufactured using our matte black stainless steel. Using our precision photo-chemical milling process, we’ve completely cut away the pattern running along the top and bottom edge of the card, and etched the text and logo into the surface of the steel. Etched text contrasts with the unetched blackened surface, ensuring legibility.

Each ink has been laid carefully on to the plastic on separate passes through the printing press. This traditional hand printed method allows precise registration of the metallic green and silver ink onto the contrasting satin matt textured plastic. The result is a vibrant business card that stands out from the crowd.

The Volker Hahnke translucent plastic card uses both pigment blue and metallic silver ink. With it’s almost chrome like appearance, the silver is guaranteed to grab the attention of potential customers and contacts. The molecular diagram is printed using clear gloss ink on the cards reverse to create a subtle watermark effect.
