Here we showcase our favourite cards from the last 30 days, each the result of our free design service.
No two people or businesses are alike. We've created artwork for tens of thousands of customers and have never come across two organisations whose requirements are identical. We don’t rely on templates. Instead, we believe that the development of the artwork should be a collaborative, creative process that is given the time and attention it deserves. It’s the only way to ensure that the business card is as unique as the person handing it out.
Type: Translucent plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Using our 760 micron thick translucent plastic, this card combines our eye catching metallic orange and black gloss inks. The graphics have been reproduced by pressing the inks between our metal print plates and the plastic. Using heat and pressure this hand printing process carefully stamps each colour onto the surface of the card, resulting in a stunning registration.
Type: Matt Laminate Card
Thickness: 400gsm
Our matt laminate cards are printed on 350gsm ultra white stock. Both sides are printed in full colour as standard. We then apply an ultra-thin layer of matt protective finish plastic to the front and back surfaces. This card has also had an optional metallic gold foil applied using traditional artisanal techniques, with each card foiled by hand, one by one.
Type: Letterpress Business Card
Thickness: 900gsm
Each Corretto loyalty card has been painstakingly handcrafted using traditional letterpress printing techniques. We firstly etched our designer's artwork into a metal block. We then used this to gently embed each ink, one at a time, into the surface of the card stock. The result is a uniquely visual and tactile finish unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.
Type: Letterpress Business Card
Thickness: 900gsm
This card has been debossed in our traditional letterpress printing process. We firstly etched our designer's artwork into a metal block. We then used this to embed the crisp white ink, one at a time, into the surface of the custom coloured card stock. The result is a uniquely visual and tactile finish unlike that found in any other sort of production technique.
Type: Satin plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
The Amarist business card, crafted from our satin black plastic, utilises two inks; a pigment white and an eyecatching metallic copper. The majority of the contact details have been printed on to the back of the card, allowing for a clean, contemporary look.
Type: Black metal business card
Thickness: 300 micron
The logo on this card is chemically milled away from the surface. Once the matt finish has been etched away the lighter steel beneath is exposed, ensuring perfect contrast and legibility. The cut-throughs are achieved by etching into the same position on the front and back of the stainless steel, until the two areas meet, forming a hole.
Type: Translucent plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Using our 760 micron thick, translucent bio plastic, this card combines our eye catching metallic silver and green inks. A transparent gloss ink has been pressed onto the back of the plastic to provide a level of depth to the design. Using heat and pressure this hand printing process carefully stamps each colour onto the surface of the card, resulting in a stunning registration.
Type: Satin black plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
Designed and crafted for Kennedys, this business card is produced using our satin black plastic. The text, logo and graphical detailing are printed using a chrome-like metallic silver ink. The handcrafted nature of our printing process allows for complex alignment and bleeds. This is demonstrated here by the intricate design running across the top quarter of the card and bleeding off of three edges.
Type: Metal business card
Thickness: 400 micron
This metal business card, produced for Dymax, is carved from cosmetic grade stainless steel. The hexagon perforations found on the right of the card are cut using our advanced chemical milling technique. All of the text has been etched into the cards surface, exposing the lighter core of the stainless steel and ensuring great legibility.

This highly specialised printing technique involves applying a reflective foil to the edge of your letterpress business cards adding that extra touch of elegance. We offer edge gilding in silver, traditional gold, rose gold and even holographic foil (shown in this examples). The front of the card has been debossed using a gloss black ink and metallic holoprint foil.

Type: Metal business card
Thickness: 400 micron
Carved from marine grade stainless steel, this membership card for Bears utilises both etching and cut-throughs. The core of the metal is a light grey. When exposed by the etching the contrast between the core and unetched surface ensures that text is legible without resorting to surface printing.
Type: Gold Metal Business Card
Thickness: 300 micron
Our gold metal cards are produced using polished, rolled bronze. The card has a degree of memory, allowing it to spring back to shape when lightly flexed. Moreover, because we apply a protective oleophobic coating, everyday use will not cause it to tarnish or corrode.
Type: Satin black plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
The Eyola gift card is manufactured using our satin black plastic. This has a solid black core and an unusual, luxrious surface texture. The highly reflective metallic gold ink is applied by hand using traditional techniques. We’ve placed the company contact details on the back of the plastic.
Type: Translucent plastic business card
Thickness: 760 micron
As well as being both biodegradable and compostable, the plastic remains as recyclable as conventional plastics. The polymer is designed to degrade within 36 months. The translucent nature of the plastic means that text and graphics printed on its back can be viewed from the front. This allows us to create compelling visual effects with rear side printing appearing to sit behind graphics and text printed on the front face.

The OK Media business card showcases our ability to print to the very edge of all four sides of the card. Most automated processes rely on clamping the card in place while being printed, ruling out designs that bleed off the edge of the card. The bespoke, handcrafted nature of our printing process does away with clamps, allowing us to reproduce designs like this one.

Want to see what our designers can do for you?
We provide a completely free design service to customers who don't already have print ready artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information our design team puts together an initial concept and first draft. We then generate a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows exactly how the card would look once produced. Then, using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout. To request your design simply click 'get started now'. You'll be then be guided through the process and given the opportunity to express your design preferences and requirements. You’ll also be able to upload an existing logo. We'll then send you a digital proof.
