Our white metal business cards boast an exquisite matte finish, epitomising sophistication and uniqueness.
KEY FEATURES
MATTE WHITE STAINLESS STEEL
We begin by applying a matte white surface finish to stainless steel using an autocatalytic plating process. Subsequently, we use laser and chemical etching for precise text and graphics and to cut away specific areas and patterns. The result is undeniably remarkable.
CUT & ETCH - PANTONE® POLYMER INFILL
We now offer the option of filling chemically etched recesses with Pantone® polymer inserts. The polymer is vivid, resilient and flexible, ensuring a lasting, durable finish.
Custom Shaping
We not only have the capability to cut through steel but can also customise the card's shape by removing metal from its perimeter. Additionally, there are no extra charges as long as the desired shape adheres to the standard card dimensions.
THREE THICKNESSES
Our white metal cards are available in your preferred thickness: 300, 500, or 800-micron stainless steel. The 300-micron option is slimmer than a standard credit card but maintains comparable rigidity when flexed. The 800-micron cards, the thickest in our collection, boast exceptional rigidity, making them resistant to flexing. The 500-micron option strikes a balance between the two, offering a versatile choice for your specific needs.
We begin by applying a durable matte white finish to the stainless steel using our state-of-the-art autocatalytic plating process.
Text and graphics are laser etched on to the surface, cutting through the white plating and exposing the silver steel beneath. Optional coloured infills can then be applied guaranteeing impeccable contrast and legibility.
Accurate cut-throughs are accomplished by chemically etching from both the front and back of the stainless steel, converging at the same position to create a precise hole.
Free Design Service
We provide a completely free design service to all customers who do not already have artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information, our design team will put together an initial concept and first draft. We then create a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows how the card would look once produced. Using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout.
