The samples are drawn from business cards created for recent customers. Please note that due to high demand, it is not always possible to include examples of every type of business card we produce. It is also interesting to note that cards rejected due to minor quality defects may be deemed suitable for recycling as samples. It is therefore not uncommon for the included cards to exhibit minor defects. Nevertheless, they should give you a good indication of the materials used and the overall quality of our printing and manufacturing processes. Plastic Business Cards
Our biodegradable translucent cards use a polymer plastic that allows light to pass through diffusely. This unique property allows for truly unique design elements such as watermarks or dual plane printing.
Our tinted translucent plastic cards are created by chemically laminating a plastic colour gel with a layer of translucent polymer. The surface of the card has a matt texture helping to diffuse light as it passes through.
Our satin plastic cards get their name from the refined matt texture of their surface. Produced using solid core polymer plastic, the unique nature of the materials surface empowers the designer to create contrasts of texture by applying glossy varnish to selected areas.
Our full colour plastic cards are durable. Really durable. Unilke many mass produced plastic cards, we encapsulate the digitally printed artwork between two thick sheets of PVC protecting against wear and allows us to offer a choice of a glossy or matt surface texture.
Metal Business Cards
Available in three thicknesses, our metal cards are carved from cosmetic grade, rolled stainless steel. Our state of the art production capabilities allow us to cut through the steel with precision and to etch the metal surface with bespoke fonts and graphics.
Produced using the same materials and production processes as their bigger brother, our mini metal cards are a quirky and more cost effective solution for people who want to make a lasting impression on potential customers.
Available in a your choice of traditional yellow or rose hues, our gold metal cards are manufactured by cutting and etching the design on to polished bronze. We then apply an oleophobic, transparent lacquer, protecting the bronze from natural tarnishing and reducing its tendency to attract fingerprints.
Producing a black metal card is a challenge. Unlike our coloured metal cards its not something that can be achieved by tinting standard stainless steel using electrophoretic laquer. So we scoured the planet for a supplier of high quality blackened steel. And we found one. These exclusive black business cards are truly exquisite.

Our carbon fibre business cards feature genuine twill weave, Pantone® spot colour printing, and CNC cutting for intricate designs. Acrylic Business Cards
Crafted from authentic 3mm thick Perspex®, our acrylic business cards undergo precision sculpting with a high-power CO2 laser. This process not only allows for customizing the card's shape but also intricately cutting away repeating patterns and graphics. Following the carving, each card undergoes meticulous hand printing using traditional artisanal techniques.

Printed by hand using traditional artisanal techniques, there’s no automation and no compromise. Each ink is gently embedded into the subtly textured surface. A seam of colour runs through the centre of the card, adding a unique finishing touch.
Not all business cards are alike. Our standard cards are manufactured using a thick 400gsm ultra white stock and printed in full colour on both sides. Images are vibrant, text is crisp. Matt lamination protects the surface.
Our 3mm thick wooden business cards are available in Finnish birch, bamboo, American cherry and black walnut, all chosen for their distinct coloration and characteristics. Every card is laser cut from a larger sheet, giving each one its own unique grain.
No artwork? No problem.
We provide a completely free design service to customers who don't already have print ready artwork. Once we have collected a few pieces of information our design team puts together an initial concept and first draft. We then generate a photo-realistic digital mockup using our innovative proofing system. This shows exactly how the card would look once produced. Then, using your feedback, we make revisions until you are 100% happy with the layout. To request your design simply click 'get started'.
